Aria Early Access Terms

Effective: October 20, 2026 | Last updated: October 20, 2026

DataStrat LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("DataStrat," "we," "us," or "our"), runs the ARIA Early Access Program (the "Program"). These Program Terms apply when you sign up for the Program on datastrat.ai (the "Site"). They form part of our Website Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"). If these Program Terms and the Terms of Use conflict on a Program matter, these Program Terms control.

1. Summary

⚬ Signing up is free. No purchase is necessary.

⚬ The Program is open only to people in the United States and Canada.

⚬ When you sign up, you receive information about ARIA, and your organization may be considered for a complimentary ARIA assessment.

⚬ DataStrat decides, at its discretion, which organizations to invite. Selection does not involve chance. The Program is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery.

⚬ An assessment starts only after your organization and DataStrat sign a separate written agreement.

⚬ Your organization never has to buy anything.

2. Joining the Program

2.1 To join, sign up on the Site with your first name, last name, work email address, and country. You must be at least 18 years old and work for, or on behalf of, an organization.

2.2 The Program is open only to people located in the United States or Canada. We do not accept sign-ups from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If we learn that a sign-up came from one of those places, we will delete it.

2.3 You join in your own name and in your professional capacity. Joining does not bind your organization, and it does not mean that your organization has agreed to take part in an assessment or to buy anything.

2.4 As a Program member, you receive emails about ARIA, such as product updates, Program news, and invitations to demos and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and stay in the Program. If you unsubscribe from all of our emails, we can no longer contact you about the Program, so you leave it.

3. Complimentary assessments

3.1 Invitation only. From time to time, DataStrat may invite a limited number of organizations to receive a complimentary ARIA assessment (a "Complimentary Assessment"). We decide, at our sole discretion, whether to offer any Complimentary Assessments, how many to offer, when to offer them, and to which organizations.

3.2 No chance involved. We do not select organizations by random drawing or by any other method that involves chance. The Program is not a contest, sweepstakes, lottery, or prize promotion.

3.3 How we choose. We may consider factors such as an organization's industry, size, and location; its data management and AI readiness goals; whether it can provide the information that an assessment needs within a reasonable time; our capacity; and how well the organization fits our product development priorities. We may also consider other factors, and we do not have to explain our decisions.

3.4 No guarantee. Signing up does not guarantee that your organization will be invited. We offer no more than one Complimentary Assessment to each organization, including its affiliates.

3.5 Organizations, not individuals. We offer Complimentary Assessments to organizations, not to individuals. We may decline to invite any organization, for example competitors of DataStrat; organizations located in countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions; persons named on U.S. government lists of restricted parties; and organizations for which we believe an assessment would create a conflict of interest or would breach a law or policy that applies to that organization or to us.

3.6 Public sector and regulated organizations. If your organization is a government body, or if it is subject to rules on gifts, procurement, or conflicts of interest, an authorized official of your organization must confirm in writing that your organization may accept the Complimentary Assessment. To comply with those rules, we may change the offer (for example, by structuring it as a pilot under a written agreement) or withdraw it.

3.7 Your employer's policies. You are responsible for following your employer's policies on gifts, entertainment, conflicts of interest, and procurement. We offer the Complimentary Assessment to your organization, not to you personally, and we do not offer it in exchange for any business decision. If your organization needs an estimate of its value to comply with its policies, contact us and we will provide one.

3.8 Written agreement first. A Complimentary Assessment starts only after your organization and DataStrat sign a written agreement (for example, an assessment agreement and a non-disclosure agreement). A person authorized to act for your organization must sign it. That agreement will set out the scope, timing, confidentiality, data protection, security, and ownership terms for the assessment. If that agreement conflicts with these Program Terms, the agreement controls. Please do not send us any documents, evidence, or other confidential information about your organization before that agreement is signed.

3.9 Scope. We decide the scope and format of each Complimentary Assessment. For example, a Complimentary Assessment may cover only part of a framework, use a limited set of documents, or consist of AI-generated results without review by a human assessor. It does not include consulting, remediation, implementation, or other services, unless the written agreement says so.

3.10 No cost and no obligation. We do not charge for a Complimentary Assessment. Your organization does not have to buy any product or service, now or later. We may offer paid services after the assessment, and your organization is free to decline them.

4. Industry frameworks

4.1 ARIA assessments may refer to industry frameworks that belong to other organizations, such as DCAM and CDMC, which are trademarks or registered trademarks of EDM Council, Inc. (doing business as EDM Association).

4.2 A Complimentary Assessment is not an official or certified assessment by the owner of any framework, and the framework owner does not sponsor or endorse it.

4.3 If we perform an assessment under a license from a framework owner, the license may require us to tell the framework owner your organization's name and that an assessment took place, and it may ask us to share anonymized assessment results for industry benchmarking. We will tell your organization about any such requirement before the assessment starts. We will share anonymized results only if your organization agrees.

5. AI outputs; no professional advice

ARIA uses artificial intelligence. Its outputs, including scores, findings, and recommendations, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and people with suitable expertise should review them before anyone relies on them. Complimentary Assessments and other Program content are for information only. They are not legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.

6. Confidential sharing with investors and incubators

We may tell prospective investors, incubators, and accelerator programs, in confidence, aggregated statistics about Program sign-ups and the names of organizations whose employees signed up. We describe this information as interest in ARIA, not as customer commitments. We do not give them your name, email address, or job title. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

7. Publicity

We will not name your organization, or use its name, logo, or trademarks, in public marketing (for example, on the Site, in case studies, or in press releases) without your organization's prior written permission. If we ask for a testimonial or a case study, your organization may refuse.

8. Feedback

If you give us feedback about ARIA, Section 9 of the Terms of Use applies. A written agreement with your organization governs feedback that your organization gives during an assessment.

9. Changes to the Program

We may change, pause, or end the Program, the Complimentary Assessment offer, or these Program Terms at any time. If we change these Program Terms materially, we will tell Program members by email or by a notice on the Site. A change does not affect a written agreement that your organization has already signed. Changes apply only going forward and are subject to Section 12 of the Terms of Use.

10. Liability and disputes

The Program is provided "as is." Sections 13 to 17 of the Terms of Use (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and courts, and dispute resolution) apply to the Program.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information in the Program.
